My pdfs are ALWAYS smaller than the original document-approx 97-98% If you will save your original document at 102% and create your pdf at 100% it should come out just about right. You’ll just have to “play” around with it.

1. Check the finished paper size when you print to file ie the paper size
that it would print to if it were going to a printer
2. Make sure you are not including crop marks or bleeds INSIDE the page
boundary
3. Make sure that the scale setting is 100% (Print > Paper > Scale). Also
look to see if the preview panel (RH side) shows anything unusual.
4. Check your Distiller job options for any unusual size settings
5. Try using a different printer driver and PPD to see if it makes a difference
