no I just print and finish, however I do know customer uses Pagermaker7.0 creates a .ps file then distills using output settings designed by Xerox. Problem when I choose 12 x 18 in the properties for specific printer chosen the preview shows 12.6 x 19.7 and when sent to the Xerox 2045 colour copier this same incorrect size shows up. In Reader when viewing file it clearly says 12 x 18. Does anyone have any ideas, I have restarted both systems, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader?
