So ACOLEFIE, you can send it directly to Rich & Me and we'll take a look at it. Just let us know what you used to generate it and the drivers you're using.

Perhaps you wouldn't mind if the person sent you the PDF privately? I wouldn't mind looking at it for the person, either.

In Reader when viewing file it clearly says 12 x 18. Does anyone have any ideas, I have restarted both systems, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader?
