He/she should try using the Acrobat Distiller printer driver for making the PS file; then Distill using the optimized settings tailored for the quality level required by the Xerox machine. In addition to being installed as a printer/PPD, the Acrobat Distiller PPD needs to reside in the RSRC folder within the Pagemaker application files. Problem when I choose 12 x 18 in the properties for specific printer chosen the preview shows 12.6 x 19.7 and when sent to the Xerox 2045 colour copier this same incorrect size shows up. In Reader when viewing file it clearly says 12 x 18. Does anyone have any ideas, I have restarted both systems, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader?
