Hi there - You can certainly create PDF's directly from the word documents you have, but they will need to be modified to make them "fillable" and "intelligent". Your definition of "Quite Complex" will oviously need to be clarified to see what you're trying to achieve. There are somethings that PDF forms will not be able to do for you depending on the situation. With the number of forms you are mentioning, you're probably better off farming the documents to someone who can provide you with a conversion service - especially if you don't have time on your side. We can provide you with such services if you're interested. You would need to send some sample documents for us to evaluate to see what's doable. Some ISPs won't show .dot files because of viruses.
