Guys - Then you have not selected the convert fields option when you save the forms as a PDF. When you select File "Save As" and select PDF as the type you will get an "options" button. Click that and make sure you check the "Convert Fields" checkbox. This will save you fields in the PDF Try it - it does work!! An Omniform form only works as an Omniform Form.
