Dave - If you go to our website (www.computerneedsinc.com), select the Forms tab. 
There are 6 samples there that I created using OmniForm a couple of years ago. Select 
the form you want to look at using one of the 6 buttons on the left and the click the 
"PDF link". That will launch the pdf version of the form. There is no intelligence 
behind the fields - just fill and print. I've had people launch in Reader 4.0 and 
above and haven't heard anyone complain yet.

This is good news and in stark contrast with what ScanSoft says. Have you tried to use 
the created PDF with Acrobat, Adobe Approval, or Adobe Reader? Would you mind posting 
a sample form somewhere so that I can forward it to ScanSoft and see if they change 
their tune? Thanks.
