BTW - Thanks for pointing this out - I was able to replicate the error in Acrobat 6.0. The problem is that the rules and regulations being followed in Adobe 6.0 is much more stricter and stringent than they were in prior verions. To get around the problem I had to re-save the form using Acrobat.

There is always something that catches you out!
I have retried and all seems well.
Is Omni form the best tool for creating PDfs with forms? Do you open an existing PDF then create the forms?
At �500.00 Sterling and no evaluation copy I am a bit wary of shelling out for this as we do not do a great volume.
Are there any others?
