Thanks to all for your anwsers. In fact I found a way: I print from Word to Acrobat Printer then run distiller using PDF-X 3 settings. I finally have a PDF-X 3 compliant file (test succeed in Distiller; no RGB anymore since I only use CMYK images in Word).
