Yes, I use it in my daily work-flow.  It can be a bit slow at times, but it
will point out any trouble spots such as RGB elements that may otherwise
look fine in Acrobat.  Also, it's a life saver when it comes to resoultion
issues.  I have it set-up just as you said: after the file distills, it
drops into a hot folder that Server then picks-up.
