Maggie, I don't have any idea about how to help you, but, the PDF did not open up on my browser either. Acrobat started up and it looked like something was going to happen. Then Acrobat vanished and I was left with an empty browser screen. I'm running Internet Explorer (v. 5.00.2920.000) on Win2000 Professional (v. 5.00.2195) with Acrobat (v. 5.0.5) on a Dell Precision 410 workstation.
