Maggie, Were you able to figure which reader (version) the browser tries to use on the computers that fail? Could it be 4.0, and 5.0? If the browser uses 5.1 or 6.0 does it still fail? My tests (although not scientific) point to a version (both reader and Full acrobat) problem.
