Apparently the newer version "AcroPDF Launch2" will not cause Reader to run from the 
CD and requires the user to have Reader installed or prompts the user to do an install 
  - but the original version will cause Reader to run from the CD if the Reader folder 
is copied over to the CD.   According to the techsupport person at AcroPDF the 
original version  is still available from AcroPDF for the same price.
