I've got a game manual PDF, which came on my purchased CD pack, at retail.
When I attempt to open this PDF, it asks if it's ok to download a plugin from
Adobe.com. The plugin is called 'FileOpen' and the site is 64.106.242.160. This
doesn't appear to be an Adobe website

Now, in this era of javascript PDF exploits, trojans in general, I'm very leary of
downloading this thing. I'm quite upset, that a purchased product, won't even
open, supposedly without this thing.
Does anyone know about this? Is this some form of DRM? Any suggestions? Is it
safe to download and install it? The site resolves to a DataPipe Netblock. In
itself it's very suspicious, as there isn't much information that goes with the
'whois' data. Usually there is an offical company name associated with such.
I will look forward with interest to replies. Thank-you.
