We use a third-party component called PDFLib to create PDF's programmatically. It has a PDF import feature that allows us to import multiple PDF files and merge them into one output document. I am trying to use it to import a particular set of PDF's that were generated by another utility (iConvert) and I am getting a "PDF Format Error" at offset 0x00000000. The PDF in question can be opened with Acrobat no problem. The PDF import feature has always worked with no problem for us on other PDF's.
Does anyone know of a syntax checking utility for PDF? Is there a way I can find out what exactly is causing the error?
Any help would be appreciated.
