I know this is off topic, but I'm really interested in getting a new telescope
sometime soon. I'm a high school
science teacher, and I also want to use this scope for astrophotography with my Pentax
camera's . . . I'm looking
for some opinions on good and bad brands/models to buy. I know we have several
astro-people on the list, so thought

If it helps any, I'm currently working at a place where I can get a 30% discount on
Celestron telescopes. I've
been considering their 114 and 4" models recently . . .
