Thank you Paul, Bob and Willie for your advice.

Fill a sink with tepid water ( say around 20C) with a bit of
PhotoFlo. Put the film roll in the sink of water and try to get
the entire length of the roll wet as quickly as possible. You
won't be able to unroll it for several minutes, but you can
"flex" the roll from side to side to work water inside it. Be
careful not to scratch it. Eventually, after a few minutes, the
emulsion will soften enough that you should be able to unroll
the film. Keep it submerged for the entire process, then rinse
in fresh water with Photoflo, and hang to dry. I have had very
good success salvaging delicate film in this method.

Thanks, I'll keep your advice for reference. (I was not being clear, though.
Right now it's just this one frame that has curled into a tube-like roll. Not a whole
roll of film.
It just feels very brittle.)
Btw. What will happen if you leave a new or old (exposed) film under water for a long
time, like for days?
Thanks,
Lasse

unroll it it feels almost like I am about to break it, and I
don't want to do that.
