The A 50 mm. 1.4 will work in all modes in an MZ-M, I mean: program,
aperture priority, shutter speed priority, and metered manual. It is an
excellent lens, by the way.
I don't know about the SF-7, but the SFX (SF-1) is a solidly made
camera, and a good choice for the price you say. If you can get an SFX-N
(SF-1N), better still, This one adds 1/4000 top shutter speed, LCD
light, 1/125 flash syncro and auto bracketing to the SFX features.
