Funny you should mention that, because I thought the same
thing, and was miffed that I'd not received a case.  Then I
pulled out the "spacer" to get the lens booklet that was
beneath it and discovered the pouch.  I still want a case,
though.

Just today I started playing around with the lens.  I used it
straight and with a set  of extension tubes, with a total of
68mm of extension.  I  guess that puts the image at a little
more than 1.6X life size on the film.  Can't wait to get the
slides back.
