OT: How to develop 16mm Kodachrome II film

Hi all,

At a local photo usenet group someone had found an exposed, but not developed 16mm 
film from a deceased relative. It's a Kodachrome II and it was found in a special 
cassette: "Kodak Magazine for 16mm MAGAZINE CAMERAS."
It says "Develop before JUL 1966."
He sent it to Kodak but they returned it saying that they no longer can develope it.
Anybody on this list know what, if anything, can be done?
