No, it will be a negative. You can process, rinse, re-expose, and try some other 
process's bleach, but you haven't the
chemicals to put dyes in to get a black where development would leave it clear.

So to be frugal, Bill is going to buy Kodachrome, and process it in D-76 to make 
prints on B&W paper. Hmmmm???
