Having started the 50mm f 1.2 current debate, I feel the need to say the
following....
Actually, I was not, and am not, bashing anything! Someone on this list
stated they intended to pay a lot of money for this lens, and I, trying to
be helpful, suggested they check out some lens reviews that I myself got
from suggested links from people ON THIS LIST!! Personally, I know nothing
about the 1.2, and was just trying to be helpful by suggesting that someone
might want to check out the majority of opinions that I read at these lens
review links. (Almost all of them bad....)
(I've also noticed that in all of the "what 3 lenses would I take" postings
(and there are many,) almost no one has said they would take the 1.2???)
In any case, in the future, I will keep my posting mouth shut and will stop
trying to be so helpful! Buy what ya' like, for whatever money you want.
