I believe every mid to upper end film based camera released from now on will have a 
digital sibling.

I believe interchangeable back is what we will eventually see in the 645 system. Here, 
theres room for all the digital electronics and stuff + the CCD. It will be expensive 
of course.
For the 35mm, we will most likely see new version of the same camera when the digital 
parts are being upgraded. The new digital slrs are probably highly modular and built 
on production lines where its easy to replace all the "digital" parts without changing 
the overall design or assembly line.
