Hi Bob,

Understood.  One more mistake fixed in the KMP.  :-)

Along with fixing the mistake, I rewrote the text slightly, trying to make
it more clear that abc, abc-S, abc-K, and abc-KS are the same thing: abc
for the M42 and K-series bodies.  And that abc-M is a different animal,
aimed all later K-mount bodies.
