Hey, it seemed ludicrous to me to until I read all of the legal
citations that were referred to, then I decided that maybe I
wasn't as smart as the lawyers in the group were.  I didn't keep
the references but, if pressed (called a liar or a dumbass) I
think I could go back there and find the references again.
