Anyone using the Pacific-Image Prime-Film 1800U scanner?

I ran across this one as a cheap (< $200) 1800 dpi 35mm film scanner.  At a
full 36-bits with twain, it might work as an interim scanning solution for
me until the Nikon 8000 is released later in the spring.

Has anyone used it?  Got any opinions on it?
