Only one emulsion fits your requirements to a "T":
KODAK PRO 1000, a long standing favorite of wedding photographers.
*Your ability to find some PRO 1000 might be limited but serious camera
stores may still have it.
Since you've asked, PRO 1000 does a respectable job at 11 x 14. Much above
that, you're looking at nearly objectionable grain, but not so much as losing
sharpness, just some facial details. On the other hand, it stands well for
head only shots, especially when you want to achieve a "painterly" look (or
hide wrinkles).
For your Bridal formals, a ~crisp~, sharp lens is required to pick up gown
details.
*You ~do~ have PORTRA 800 available in 120 and 35mm. In low-light situations,
I still favor shooting PRO 1000 whenever possible.
For a change of pace, you might give KODAK PORTRA B&W a try, a "pro" emulsion
that goes most B&W film one better: it's C-41 processed!
You just gotta give it a shot (before the wedding of course). Printed on
KODAK PORTRA B&W paper, you'll be stunned at your results!
