C-SPAN does a pretty good job of presenting balanced coverage of all
issues. They do so by not masquerading commentary as news. BBC has their
own political slant, though they tend to be more open about it. If you
actually consider PBS to not be a slanted, entertainment perspective on the
news, then you haven't been paying too much attention (or simply find their
slant to be one that you agree with, consciously or not).
BTW, are we officially changing the list name to
