I only partially agree with that.  For sharpness alone, that may be
true.  However, grain of the film and tonality/smoothness play a role
in the visual experience. I have shot Delta 3200 on both 35 & 67.
Blowing up to 5X7, there is a VERY visible difference between the two.
I also see it at 8X10 with most films.  I agree with Robb that at 8X
blowup, you are starting to push into the next format.
