Nope, "at aperture" means that you can stop the lens down manually and
shoot at that aperture.  Think of it as built-in DOF preview.  :)  You can
select and shoot at any aperture.  The only thing that you cannot do is
set the lens to, say, f8 and expect the camera body to stop it down for
you.  You have to stop the lens down yourself.
