Pretty much except that with Sp and SpII you don't have to leave the lens
stopped down after metering. Makes it easier to recheck focus before
shooting, if need be.

Depends on how budget you want to go. I used to really like my Sekonic
Studio Deluxe selenium meter for incident light readings. Or the Gossen
Super Pilot (now obsolete CdS baby brother to the Luna Pro, also obsolete,
but still a very good meter)
