I've already stated that over 57% of the Christmas cards I've received this year are square images. I have big books of photos by David Bailey, Skrebneski, Doisneau and others full of square photos, I have shelves full of books about art full of square paintings, I have books full of square designs, racks of CDs with square images on the covers, I live in a city full of museums full of square paintings, where the architecture of many of the buildings is based on the cube. It's everywhere when you start looking for it. For camera makers not to support it as a viewfinder proportion would be a travesty and a tragedy. --- Bob "Our heads are round so that our thoughts can fly in any direction" Francis Picabia
