Let me add to Bill's comments with, when you find a lab tech who will work with you, go where he is, if he moves to another lab, you should too. There are very few in this day of minimum wage crap who will work with you even in so-called pro-labs that it is rediculous. You do two things by sticking with a tech, 1. you continue to work with someone who knows your requirements, 2. when a tech adds brings his own clientel into a lab with him he can command a higher wage and therefore is not as likely to decide to go do something else that pays more.
