I would suggest the M 80-200/4.5. It's not overly light, but it is a little lighter and a little smaller than, say, the A 70-210/4. It's also a fine lens, too (although I personally prefer the bigger and heavier A 70-210/4 and Tokina AT-X 80-200/2.8 myself). Fred
