However, Arnold did recently have some interesting things to say about the K 85/1.8 versus the M 85/2 - "Well, it is hard to tell, whether the K85/f1.8 or the M85/f2 make nicer portraits. All I can say is that - stooped down my M85/f2 has a slightly higher resolution at portrait distance then my K85/f1.8 - my most beutyful portrait shots have been made with the M85/f2 Maybe the K85/f1.8 or the A*85/f1.4 would have produced pictures equally nice. However, I happened to use the M85/f2 when I did those portrit shots - for reasons of size and weight - and they leave nothing to be desired." Fred
