Does this work for all TC's? I was looking at a cheap 2x Vivitar TC for Pentax 6x7, but the rear element on it is actually quite small. Extension tubes are of a consistent diameter, AFAIK, so I'm not sure if that TC would work well as an ext. tube. Any thoughts? chris
