So the N80 cannot meter with non-CPU lenses at all even set wide open? But
provided that it could, you think it would be no problem to achieve perfect
exposure by switching to manual and setting the appropriate amount of
overexposure and leaving the rest to the TTL? This should work well for flash pictures
with lots of ambient light. What are your experiences for darker (but not
completely dark) surroundings? Do you also have to compensate for ambient
light, or is normal TTL without adjustment OK?
