Precisely my point. Still, this great post cannot resolve the larger
question: which lens (camera, film, format) is "best"?
For bokeh, sharpness, resolution? Since no lens (camera, film, format) yet
devised has come close to being all those things to all people, your post
ought to be printed out and read every so often by everyone, especially great
photographers who live and shoot without the best lenses (cameras, film,
formats):
"it's the photographer."
