I agree with you Butch.I think even my 2.74 ancient D1 makes a nice 8x10 on the 
S800,but
it just dosnot look like a "real" colour print.Most of my customers and wife and 
daughter
think
i'm nuts,and that they look great,but,..........
On the glossy papers its looks two dimensional,but i did some pearl inkjets last night 
and
they have 
a bit more "realness"to them.
After doing all the instruction in B&W film lateley,i hope it sticks around for a few 
more
years.
The "pro" lab around the corner alos does digital work.Hopefully they will keep there
C41/E6 machines 
for me,Jeff and Brendan.lol
