Leo's Cameras here in Vancouver have about 4 brand new 200mm f=4's in the box with the original price from the 70's. These are new old stock, and as I recall they are less than $200.00 each. If you want me to phone and get more info (or if any one else wants one) let me know. I believe they are M series Takumars, K mount, but I may be wrong. Should give you about a 340mm F5.6ish, may still autofocus in good light.

Excellent. Thanks all for the feedback. Sounds like it should perform
as I expected with the F and FA lenses.

This recent acquisition, is once again, another step toward having a
half decent range of lenses. I've always wanted a long lens, but
finally came to the conclusion that a long FA lens was out of the
question ($$-wise, although the 300/4.5s that were at KEH at the
beginning of the year was tempting).

I figured I may be able to find a fast MF 200 to go with this TC alot
cheaper (hence alot sooner) than the real thing.

Patience, Patience, Patience.
