Yes I have a Olympus SP rangefinder with a superb 42mm F1.7
F-Zuiko (7 element!) lens on it ( Poor mans Leica? ) that regretfully I
havent
used in ages. Olympus did a whole bunch of RF cameras with
40-45 lenses like you said...another cool one was the tiny
35RC with a 42mm f2.8 on it.

Go hunt up an Olympus Auto Eye II, which had a D. Zuiko f/2.5 43mm lens.
Olympus had a _slew_ of 40mm, 45 and 48mm lenses during that time, but
did have one 43mm...
