Could be. When I bought a used MX I had to replace the original battery (1 piece) with two button batteries.
Unfortunately, I put them in with +/- reversed and burned out the meter.
taking weeks for him to get the battery. Is the battery required for the MX difficult to get (and could this be an ongoing problem), or should I be wondering about this specific deal?
