What looks 'normal' in the viewfinder has nothing to do with what looks
normal on the picture.  You are talking about matching a lens with the
viewfinder magnification so that objects appear the same size as to the
naked eye, and the size of the sensor/film is totally irrelevant in
this.

So 'normal' in the sense you ask is the same as it would be for a film
camera with the same viewfinder magnification.
