People like him are a reason to not buy everything on the web. And I must agree. You can't learn everything about something you're thinking of buying from reading test reports and so on. It's important to actually see and feel the item. As well, a good salesperson can give you advice and information you won't see written anywhere. Nor can you forget the convenience of easily returning something that didn't work out. To me, these things are well worth the occasional difference of a few dollars. Support your local camera store!
