I had an instance at a Reinging show last year.I have a ritual i do when transfering 
full
cards to my 
onsite staff(4 cards)but i was in ahurry,thought i had made a transfer when all i did 
was
remove a full 
card and put it back in,and deleted 90 pictures.
Probably lost sales of 8-10 pictures from that($20 buck a pop)
