Now that is something new to me. I did not know Pentax made a Special Limitied 43 to fit a Leica rangefinder. Is the Leica thread mount shared with any other cameras?

That is "the" 35mm camera, a Leica screw mount. Hard to tell just which one underexposed like it is, maybe a B or C (sold as a II or III in the US) from the 20's and 30's.
