The old Canon Rangefinder cameras, the current Voightlanders, a lot of cheap Jap, Russian, and Chinese cameras from the 50's thru today, the Kodak Ektra. If I was looking for one I would probably go for a Voightlander R from Classic Cameras (I think that is the guy) who sells them for about $300. As someone mentioned you can use them on an Leica M mount with an adapter.

Now that is something new to me. I did not know Pentax made a Special Limitied 43 to fit a Leica rangefinder. Is the Leica thread mount shared with any other cameras?

Oh that! That is "the" 35mm camera, a Leica screw mount. Hard to tell just which one underexposed like it is, maybe a B or C (sold as a II or III in the US) from the 20's and 30's. The one on the second page looks like a later model (IIIc or IIIf?).

I was looking at the 43/1.9 limited and it shows it with viewfinders for a rangefinder camera also shown in the background. What camera is this?
