Eh? Do you not realise that a 35mm format Pentax DSLR WOULD work with his existing lenses? With the added flexibility of also working with 35mm lenses?
IF the sensor is 35mm full frame or less then you may as well put it in a 35mm body an d mount your 645/67 lenses on that. A digital back would need its own power, either be tethered to a PC or need the addition of an LCD, and would have a much smaller market than a 35mm body.
