Put the equipment into a freezer bag (we get zip lock bags here, you probably have something similar. Close the bag almost all the way, and put a drinking straw into the opening. Close the opening around the straw, then suck as much air out as you can. Pull the straw out and quickly close the last bit of bag. It'll get most of the air out. William Robb
