Yeah, maybe did. This guy - Marcello Fiori - had an *ist D on ebay. As it reached a few hundred Euros - suddenly a message came from ebay to all the bidders: Item no longer for sale. No explanation. After a couple of house this guy emails me, wanting to sell it to me for 720 USD - body only. I got suspicious and told him I'd buy it through an Escrow service, if possible, so I could check it out to see if it was OK and not reported stolen. He ofered me a UPS service to ensure a package was sent.... My problem is, that I can only be sure of one thing - that a package was sent to me...I said: Not good enough! Then he bailed out. Later I got an email from ebay saying he was suspended, but not why. I wrote him - hmm - at this price I could fly out and check it myself! No reply.... I'm in the market for a *ist D at a reasonable price - www.dnet24.de sell them for 1.523 ?. Best pricing I've seen so far.
End of story...all I got now is his email address...
